These conditions govern the purchase of products through this website, whose owner is Alberto González Nieves, NIF 32898671T, with address at Calle Traviesas 8D, 11405 Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz), email hola@lumeraslp.com. Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the Spanish Consumer Protection Act) and Ley 34/2002 (LSSI-CE, the Spanish E-Commerce Act) apply.
1. Users
To place an order you must be over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. By placing an order, the user declares that the details provided are truthful and complete.
2. Products
The products offered are rest and wellbeing items. They are not medical products or medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness. Images are for guidance only; slight variations in tone may occur as a result of the photography and of the user's screen.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in euros and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown separately before the order is confirmed. The price that applies is the one in force at the time the order is placed.
4. Bundle discounts
Discounts for combining several pieces are applied automatically in the cart according to the number of items, with no code required. They cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.
5. Purchase process
The user selects the products, reviews the cart and completes the payment process. Once this is finished, the user will receive a confirmation email which constitutes acceptance of the order. The contract is deemed to be concluded at that moment. The electronic record of the contract is archived and the user may request a copy of it.
6. Payment methods
The payment methods indicated during the purchase process are accepted. Payment data is processed entirely by the relevant payment provider; the store owner never stores full card details.
7. Availability
If, for reasons beyond our control, a product is not available after the order has been placed, the user will be informed by email and the amount paid for that product will be refunded in full.

9. Withdrawal and returns
The user has fourteen (14) calendar days to withdraw from the contract without needing to give a reason. The conditions and the procedure are set out in the Returns and withdrawal policy.
10. Statutory guarantee
The products carry a statutory guarantee of conformity of three (3) years from delivery, in accordance with Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the Spanish Consumer Protection Act) as amended by Real Decreto-ley 7/2021 (Royal Decree-Law 7/2021). Normal wear and tear through use, and damage resulting from improper use or from failure to follow the care instructions, are excluded.
11. Customer service and complaints
Any query or complaint may be sent to hola@lumeraslp.com. We will reply within a maximum of 72 working hours. The user may also use the European online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, and where the user is a consumer, the courts and tribunals of the user's place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
